I hope this will help you to decide whether or not LIFT is for you before signing up for a full plan. The Taster gives you access to one Strength session and one Core session. Please note that my full LIFT programme includes weekly, one-to-one check-ins from me for form checks, accountability and support, as well as health screening at the outset.
